英法加萊邊境再傳難民死訊。一名來自東非的青少年在加萊英法海底隧道入口附近，遭一列行駛中的貨運火車撞死。
英法海底隧道公司在法國發言人表示，這名男孩年約15歲到17歲，23日晚間被發現昏迷在海底隧道附近的鐵軌上。醫護人員趕到時，他已死亡。
這是今年6月底以來，發生在加萊英法海底隧道入口附近的第11椿難民和非法移民死亡案件，這些人企圖潛入英法海底隧道，偷渡到英國。
法國加萊是這一波遍及歐洲難民危機的一環。英法海底隧道公司表示，目前每天晚上大約有150起企圖潛入隧道偷渡到英國的案例，這個數目，比去年同期下降許多，去年此時在高峰期間，每晚大約有2000人試圖從加萊的英法海底隧道入口闖關偷渡到英國。
